Delivery & Production times

Standard charges for delivery are £2.95 per order, Orders over £35 will get free delivery. 

Due to most of our items being personalised it means that the dispatch for these items are between 24 hours and 7 working days depending on the level of personalisation and the type of product. As you can imagine personalising some products takes longer than others. For this reason we recommend that you order your gift with plenty of time before you need it this way you will be sure that the item gets to you in time.

Once items have been produced they are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service.

As a guide (days = working days):

Dispatched within 24 hours: Cards and Selected Mugs
Dispatched within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered and Candles
Dispatched within 3-5 days: Ceramic and Printed Glass
4-7 days: Handmade/Hand Stamped Jewellery

During busy times of the year such as the lead up to Christmas these times may increase, we advise you to place your order with plenty of time during these busy times. Please check individual product pages for lead/personalisation times. If you are unsure about the time it will take for a product to get to you please get in touch with us and we will be able to give you an indication of when the item/s should arrive with you.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, have recieved the wrong item or it is faulty please email us before you return any item/s to us. Please note that due to the nature of personalised products we cannot offer refunds unless the item is faulty or personalisation is incorrect (and it's our mistake)

Email: [email protected] with the item you wish to return, order number, if a replacement or refund is required and the reason for return.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty then please email us within 30 days of the item arriving with you, we can then offer a refund dependant on the fault. Please note we cannot offer refunds on faults that have occured due to misuse.

Please note that personalised products, products that are customised or spelling mistakes that you have made when placing an order cannot be refunded. If however the item is faulty with mistakes then we can offer a full refund or replacement.

If you require you to return an item to us, we recommend sending it via a trackable postal service such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery, this way you can track it and make sure it arrives with us safely.

Please note that colours of the products listed on our site may not match the colour displayed on your screen, this is due to different computer, laptop and tablet screens producing different colours.

Cancelling an order

We can cancel orders which have not yet been produced/personalised, if however the process has started then we regret that we cannot cancel the order.  

Payment & Promotions

We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards, we also accept payment via PayPal. We do not accept any other form of payments.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

If you are wanting to order more than 5 of the same item or for your business then get in touch as we can offer some gifts that are not listed on our site and some tailored prices for you dependant on number of items.
