    The cookie will be personalised exactly as you have entered it, so please double check spelling, punctuation & use of capital letters.

    Nuts are not directly used in the product, but we advise there MAY be traces of nuts in the chocolate chunks as per the manufacturers advice.

Very prompt reply and delivery
I haven’t received my order yet, so this is purely a review on the ordering process. Found the site easy to navigate, and found what I was looking for quickly. Once I had decided what personalisation I wanted on the item, it would have been helpful to see a preview of it on the item. I’ve ordered anyway, so fingers crossed! One other thing, with delivery, it says something like ‘5 days after production’?! So I have no idea when it will arrive because I dont know how long production takes! More clarification on that would be helpful.
The item I ordered was for a last minute wedding gift. It arrived on time and I was very impressed with the quality. I will definitely be using this website again.
