Simply add in your email address to receive a link to upload your photo.

Please note, the text on line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered. All other text will appear in fixed UPPERCASE.

Please also note that these keepsake boxes are made from natural wood, which may mean that there are some slight blemishes on the surface of the box or grooves in the wood.

This box also features a sturdy metal clasp and metal hinges, ensuring that your precious keepsakes are kept safe and secure.
