Line 1 (script) - 10 characters.

Line 2 - 20 characters.

Line 3 - 20 characters.

Line 4 - 20 characters.

Just add in your email address to obtain a photo upload link.

NOTE - The personalisation one line 1 is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Please refrain from using fixed UPPERCASE as this could make the script font difficult to read. All other personalisation will appear in fixed UPPERCASE.

Please ensure the image is of the highest quality as possible.
