How long will it take to personalise?
This is one of our most common received questions, you can see the lead times (how long it takes to personalise) the different product types on our delivery page here. As a general rule most products take 1-3 working days to personalise with some printed glass and other items taking 3-5 working days. Items are then dispatched on the delivery method you have chosen.

How long does it take to personalise an item?
This varies from product to product, please see the product page for more information.
Will there be any order information/receipt in with the product?
We don't include any invoice or anything except the product itself in the parcel you receive, this is because many people order as gifts and so as standard we don't include it. You will get emailed an order confirmation.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes we deliver our items worldwide, there's a fixed delivery charge of £15 for international delivery. You'll find this options once you have selected your address in the checkout. International delivery typically takes 5-10 working days.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders often arrive before dispatch emails are sent, this is due to the system we use, we are working to improve this, if you would like to know if you order has been dispatched or when it will be you can contact us.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do, this will be available as on option on all qualifying products.
An item I ordered has arrived damaged or is wrong?
If this is the case please visit out after sales care page soon as possible, ideally with a photo of the issue. We then can offer a replacement on a fast track service or refund.
Do you do bulk/corporate orders?
We are more than happy to work with businesses, societies, organisations and groups to personalise large numbers of items, just get in touch and we can discuss what we can offer you.
Can you add a logo/image to this product?
We can add logos/images to certain products however this is only on orders of 5+ items. If this is something you'd like to discuss please get in touch.
Can I get a discount for ordering multiple items?
We can offer discounts on bulk and large orders, this is generally for orders of 10 or more items, for smaller items like shot glasses we tend to offer discounts on orders over 25.
Where are you based?
Our offices are in Stafford upon Avon and our production is based near Birmingham.
