• I viewed the pages on peronalise.co.uk which was so easy to navigate, beautifully showing all the items you can personalise with your chosen wording and items aplenty to chose from. Easy to check out with your chosen payment. Such a smooth procedure from the start. A very well designed website which made it so easy to chose your item of choice. Items of varied prices also make thi.company a very easy choice where to purchase your special items.

• Overall a very satisfying purchasing experience. It was easy to personalise the product (resin grave vase). The instructions were simple to understand so there was minimal chance of making a mistake, and the item took a suitable amount of time to arrive at my door. Very satisfied.

• I'm very pleased with provided service. I was looking for something special to buy for a person who worked extremely hard in a care home for many years. I decided to get a personalized vase with engraving. I wanted to say a massive thank you to the customer service adviser Gemma who was very king to me resolving an issue in a very professional manner. I made a serious mistake while placing an order and I thought it's not possible to change due to the terms and conditions. However, this lady was brilliant and she really helped me. Gemma offered me a full refund, so I could place another order. I'm so so grateful for her understanding. Also, a huge thank you to the rest of the team who works hard and offer this amazing service. I'm very pleased with it. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

• I recently ordered a personalised passport cover. The ordering process was simple, the delivery time was less than one week and the quality is superb. Only £12.99 (plus delivery) for a good quality leather passport cover. I would definitely recommend thi.company for personalised products.
